Relaxing After a Long Day of Classes

"I didn't mean you I meant the 3rd years I was behind... Who's Peeves?" Jade looks at Ginny trying to figure it out.

Ginny nods. She looks at Jade. "Peeves is the school trickster. He does anything to annoy students. Especially 1st years. He only obeys the Bloody Baron, who is the Slytherin ghost." She said.

"Understood... plus I don't think he should mess with me." Jade tells Ginny looking at her notebook.

Ginny smirked. "Try, he'll eventually dump ink on you or something. He has already pranked everyone at Hogwarts one time or another." She said. She noticed Jade was looking at her notebook.

"How much dose he weigh?" Jade asked Ginny thinking of a plan to ask him to leave her alone.

"I dunno. I think around 2-5 pounds. But he float and fly and disappear you know." She said.

"I know how to run fast, call me a hunting dog." Jade tells Ginny. "What you use the notebook for?'' Jade asked looking at it.

Ginny shrugged. "I just write random numbers." She said. She wondered if Jade would think it was weird.

"Numbers... like math problems... or what?" Jade asked shyly.

Ginny sighed. "Just numbers. No math. I feel as if the numbers are alive or that they mean something." She said. She had always written numbers her whole life, she didn't think she could survive without them. "You can see them if you like." She said, and opened her notebook to a random page, and shows it to Jade. The page was filled with numbers, going left to right.

Jade smiles. "There cute." Jade says looking at the page.

Ginny smiles. "Thanks." She said.

"So... you like being at Hogwarts?" Jade asked Ginny.

Ginny nods. "Of course i do! Do you like Hogwarts?" She asked Jade.

"Yeah other than a few 3rd years, I get enough abuse at home." Jade tells Ginny.

Ginny nods. "The 3rd years from Charms class, right?" She asked. She thought those 3rd years were quite rude, and noisy. She wondered what Jade meant by abuse at home. She wanted to ask, but decided not to as that wasn't polite.

"Yeah, to me only one of them was nice. They blamed me of that owl attack." Jade shifts her weigh for side to side. "Like some tea?" Jade asked.

Ginny nods. "Sure." She said.

Jade stands up to get a pot of tea. "One lump, or two." Jade asked Ginny.

"One lump."She said. She smiled.

"Okay." Jade smiles, puts a lump in Ginny's cup, and puts one on her's. "So what's your family like?" Jade asked.

Ginny looked at Jade. "Well, I guess they're okay, just too noisy." She said.

"Noisy?" Jade's head goes to the side. "My family was made by love, and trust. Now it's held together by hate." Jade tells Ginny.

Ginny nods. She wondered why Jade's family was now held together with hate, when it started with love. Love and hate are both powerful emotions after all.

Muriel came into the student hangout just for the rest her mind. As she entered, she found people were gathering. "Hello," she said with walking toward to them, "would you mind if I interrupting your conversation?" Well, Muriel doesn't like to be alone.
